I had a very bad accident, and Porrinis towed my van to their lot. Because it is a work van, I needed to get my equipment and supplies from the van. Steve, the owner, was so very helpful in allowing me to access to my van anytime I needed to. Normally, if a vehicle is in a towing yard, the owner will not allow anyone to retrieve things from the vehicle without paying the storage fee first. In my case this is up to the insurance company. It says alot about who he is as a person to be so helpful. I will always call Porrini's to tow any of my vans or vehicles in the future.
