A local business referred me. Keene came to give me a bid or some information about my ceiling leak inside my house. He started giving me verbal estimates with no list of materials or anything and without seeing the actual problem. I told him I would need a written bid. He didn't look at anything further, he had just walked up to my house. He went back to his truck & wrote an "estimate" no details, just a number of hours & a dollar amount.

Keene Fields told me about 15 times in the less than 10 minutes he charges $90 hr & he has a 5 star business.

Also, we set up a time, I said 3pm (he said originally ask if 1 pm would work, I said I didn’t get off work until a little later). He called at 1:20, said he would be there at 1:45pm. I had to take leave time instead of waiting until I was off work. The great Keene who charges $90 dollars an hour, charged me $30 for the BS estimate he wrote on a piece of cardboard. Five Star crap
