My experience with Quality Electronics and anyone else in town who has dealt with Quality Electronics will tell you that they are a "nightmare" that just keeps getting worse. This company is far from what we people consider quality. I wouldn't recommend this bunch to my worst enemy and neither would anyone else in town!!! Ask around!!!!

I did not know that televisions were still being repaired. The people at Quality Electronics were courteous and really cared about my problem. The television was repaired in two days and it looks better that it ever has even when it was new!! I would definately go back again.

Tv was shuttin itself off and they needed to replace the power supply AGAIN, instead they called and said "we had this board in stock so we put it in and its working perfect now" well, get it home and it is still shutting off and the picture is set to the left so yeah, you can't really watch ANYTHING!!! They charged me $60 to for Diagnostic Test they obviously did not perform....totally shady!

Let's be honest, having to take your new flat screen t.v. in for repair is no fun. However, the guys at qualityelectronics completely blew my mind and expectations with their service and honesty. I was in and out before I knew it. This was one of those rare expierence when you are reminded that the repair guys are there to help. Thanks guys!!!

That crew at Quality Electronics is great.I have been using them for 13 years. I wont take my electronics anywhere else!!!! They where fast, friendly, honest and affordable.They took great care when in my home. One time they let me know that it would not be economical to fix my unit and that I would be better off replacing it. I will always take my TV to them.
