Great customer service. Call asking about a brownie mix. Walked over to the shelf and read me everything he had in the store. Super friendly.

The owner of Highland Market ran me out of the store and cussed me out for turning in cans and not buying anything with my can money. He used such fowl hurtful language, I told him that I would never come back again as his fowl cursing got louder as he started walking towards me.



I left crying as he continued to scream at the top of his lungs, his voice was starting to crack. He was so mad I was worried he was going to hurt me, it truly was disturbing. I hope he doesn't do stuff like this when the children from the school across the street come in.



By far the worst customer service I have ever witnessed or experienced in my entire life, and I have worked in customer service my entire life. I would never recommend going to this market.
