Meeting the owner was a wonderful experience, he saw my vision and made promises. This was in January, by mid June work began and came to a screeching stop. Other jobs came up and my project was “FORGOTTEN” about. Severe lack of communication between Jack & his employees and what the job entailed. Work began again end of August for two more weeks off and on. Landscaping plants I wanted were not the common stock so I ordered through another business. AACL, first said they would pick up my plants then changed their minds. All American CIty Landscaping used my materials on my property for my landscaping, Perfect! But… Jack liked it so much, he had his dump truck bring it back to the company yard. I insisted in person seeing my Landscape materials in his Dump truck that it be returned the next day to my property. I emailed, called and text Jack numerous times to return my property, he would not! He never returned to me what was mine.My project has defects, as noted the first week after completion in writing and voice messages to repair it. Now September… I called another Plumber to help install a float so my water feature would not run dry. Now May a year later, I still have a leaking problem examined by two of his associates determining it needs to all come out and totally replaced. That was three weeks ago and counting to hear from All American to set a date to repair & complete the problem. Nice people, great ideas, and empty promises, cheap materials, On the other hand AACL has some awesome workers for him, Jack, the Owner on the other hand is never a part of the project or around to over-see the project, unless there is a problem…I would NOT and have not refereed this business.

All American City Landscaping completed a landscape project for us and it turned out better than what we expected.The quality and workmanship was top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone with a landscaping project.
