Very nice and helpful on the phone

Snotty and unprofessional workers. My husband went there today to buy some sand for a sand filter when he walked in and asked for it she says in a snotty way "what kind of pool is it?!" he said an intex.. then she goes " that's a Walmart brand!" Lol wow. ! Then she said "you'll have to order it from there" ... But She ended up selling him two bags of sand ha! All I can say is I'm glad it wasn't me I wouldn't have been as nice as him. I would have walked out of there and not purchase a single damn thing from them. you can't do business like that I'm surprised they're still open. You're in granite city not Ladue get over yourselves

Having problems with a filter and pump I had Randy install last year. Most of the problems are completely my fault because I didn't close it right. Regardless, the pump is malfunctioning and that's not my fault. Other pool places say it should be covered under manufacturers 1 year warranty but I can't even get Randy to call me back because his wife and I got into an argument because while I was trying to explain the problem she just kept repeating that IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. I never said it WAS. I was more than willing to hire their help. I wasn't asking for anything for free. I'll never do business with them again and I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Perigen Pool's had everything we needed they were very knowledgeable I'm getting my water tested what chemicals to use throughout the summer the price is reasonable

I linda do like it But i think they could lake the slide more fin they could put treebat least!! But I still go. ��������������������

good local pool store .they have the best low chlorine system on the market.Relax silver.

Terrible service!!!!!! Would never do business with them again! I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Very unprofessional, and rude!
