The worst Pizza Hut we've ever used. We've lived in several states and have always preferred Pizza Hut. However, the location in Granger is awful. Have ordered from them three times with two being delivery and one carry out. Carry out was 20 minutes late as they made it after I arrived, even though I had called ahead 30 minutes prior. The two deliveries took over 1.5 hours to arrive and were cold. Don't waste your time or money with this location.

To start the person who answered the phone was rude he huffed and puffed because I wanted to change the type of sausage then when I got there 20 minutes later I walked to see 3 employees no big deal not one of them said a thing to me. The same person who took my call checked me out which was $27 for 2 large pizzas (2 toppings each) I took my pizzas and began to walk to the door as I pushed the door open that same rude cuss called me a B****. For absolutely no reason, oh wait because I had you change the sausage type. NEVER will I go there again. Food NEVER is the same. VERY POOR quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Awful service. Online order requested pickup 90 minutes later. 90 minutes later - no pizza, "5 more minutes". 15 minutes later " I don't know." Store help and manager totally dropped the ball. Worthless. Will not be going back. EVER.

Would not recommend this location. Have had two wrong orders and last night I ordered one pan and one hand tossed and you couldn't tell the difference between the two-the pan pizza was flat. When I brought it to the cashier's attention she just insisted that it was pan and did nothing about my complaint. Will not be returning.
