Rob Koon and his installers were prompt and finished the job in the time frame they said they would. We had our upstairs done two years ago and had them back a week ago to do the downstairs of our house. They are quality windows and we would recommend them highly to anyone that might need to replace windows in the future.

NEVER let them do your siding. My house is covered in big dents (cupping) A couple different professional inspections report that the siding is installed incorrectly. They have been out to my house several times trying to take short cuts to fix it. A year later and I am still seeing cupping all over the front of my house. Inspection reports other installation errors that can't be seen as easily. Contractor and crew has been very rude, cigarette butts left all over, crew without shirt, repeatedly asking to use the bathroom in the house during the day, and very slow.

Rob kept to his schedule and installed awesome windows for a greatly superior price compared to others in the area. Robs installer Bill was respectful and did a quality job installing my new windows. I will definitely be referring anyone i can to this company, and will be back myself for the other half of the windows i need replaced in my home in the spring. Thanks Rob!
