Was having issues with the brakes on my car. Based on reviews I decided to try out Wohlfords. Called them up and they were able to set me up with an appointment 2 days from the day I called. This is a smaller shop so don't be surprised if it takes 2 to 5 days to get your car into their shop. Dropped the car off the morning before and around 10am the next morning I get a call telling me what the issue was and how much it would cost to fix it. He said it is an older car and if I was thinking about getting rid of it soon that he would recommend not doing this repair work. I love the honesty! That kind of honesty in this business is a rarity. I decided to go ahead with the repair and they had it done in about 3 hours. Could not be happier. If you need brake work, take it to this place.

Nice guy, called and told him about squealing, he said he could check it out although he was busy. Went in and he checked it out and actually fixed the problem while we stood and watched. Simple and quick.

I give this place 5 stars because that the highest number I can give. I would give it 10 stars if possible. This Owner is very honest, knowledgeable, kinds, and well priced. Forget the big business that could care less about you and go here! I will be coming back going forward!

You should absolutely give Wohlford's your business. The owner, Rick, is a nice and knowledgeable guy, but most importantly, he is honest. He'll tell you like it is and won't try to play salesman and insist you need all these extra expensive things replaced when you don't.



In my case, though, there actually were some additional things he told me that could probably use replacing (beyond the brake pads and rotors I came in for). He then offered to show me. Sure enough, I could see the damage for myself and it was quite obvious that he was right. And still, he never tried to force me into agreeing with him and to cough up the extra dough, but rather simply gave his professional opinion. He just tells the truth, plain and simple. Highly recommended.

EXTREMELY fair prices and great service. We have gone here for years and always trust them. Never tries to sell you extras! It is a no frills, honest family business. Even called us a week later to let us know about a rebate we qualified for that he had just discovered through his break rep! Highly recommended!
