New to Unifiedsols, I had no idea who to call for computer repairs for a business computer. I checked and this company had good reviews. Wow! I worked with Unifiedsols techs and they fixed not only the one problem I had identified, but several others they diagnosed. They did the job the same day I called, made a house call, and kept me informed during the day as to the outcome and timing. These guys demonstrated the best customer service I've seen in years and returned my server in full working order with a fee for services that was fair and less than expected. Can't say enough about how great this company is and these two techs are now my got-to people.

Unifiedsols not only solved my big virus problem but made some suggestions as to how I could best use the new free antivirus he installed. Once you have been a customer, they can set you up so if there is a problem they can log in remotely to your computer and try to resolve the problem that way. These guys provide great service for a very reasonable price. I Highly Recommend this company to everyone!

A customer for about 2 years, Unifiedsols was perfect for us. We are not computer savvy, just need help with little problems - at $199. a year - great deal. I called in recently for another small problem-printer not cooperating with my laptop, everything was good by the time they were finished.

I called Unifiedsols and they managed to fix my problem. I was trying to use Google today and kept getting messages that there was no internet connection. I called my internet provider and after running a few tests, and the fact that all our other devices in the same room have no trouble connecting, I was told the problem is with the computer

I have been going to Unifiedsols for the past 2 years and I'll confess that their technicians are the best! If a computer is not worth getting repaired they will tell you. I have called them numerous times over issues with my PC and laptop and they walk me through it. This is not a place where one would feel intimidated because all the staffs are very approachable. I can't think of a better place to go.
