First one was about 6 steps going into the side of a hill. While he was working on it he said it needed a lot more concrete than he estimated so charged me an extra $50. Then, he pulled out the forms too soon and one of the steps caved in part way. When I called him about it he said must be one of my tenants stepped on it. He never went back to fix it.

Second one, my partner hired him (I didn't realize who he hired until I ran into the guy at the worksite). This was fixing a concrete and brick stoop. He worked on it for a few days then disappeared for 3 weeks. Then he finally showed up on a Saturday and finished the work but never cleaned up, there was mortar all over the bricks and it looked like crap. He didn't come back to clean up for almost another month. A 4 day job took nearly the whole summer for him to complete.

This guy is a crook. Does shady work and has felons running jobs while he's away. He also doesn't pay his employees from out of town. His #is 616-295-0600. I will see you in court, Jason Jotto.

Great guy! Great work, couldnt ask for better. And he even had a non hispanic helper.
