Had issues with the Ford service department trying to sell me a 15000 dollar repair when another dealership fixed it for a couple thousand

If I could give this business -5 stars, I would. I only ordered a car from here to do a favor for the salesman husband of a co-worker. After promising my pre-order car would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, then having to wait 16 weeks, I went to pick up the car and found the sales department had ordered the wrong color interior and it was supposed to have Sirius Satellite Radio, which they didn't order either, so the factory did not install it --- nothing we can do says this dealer. In my latest dealing with them, the sales manager was so rude he even rolled his eyes at me -- several times! He twisted everything around to now be all my fault. That is easy for a car salesman to say, except that I have a witness that was with me through this entire process. This dealership is just upset because I spoke to someone at Ford Motor Company directly and it makes them look bad, which they actually can do on their own, without any help.
