I actually can agree with the previous review. I had the same experience especially with pricing. I am a single mother of three children and I cannot afford a $685 dollar return and on top of that, I asked for my stuff back and they wanted to charge me. Is this even legal?

Went in to get a simple return done that include just my husband and myself with a schedule A. The preparer told me she had over five years of experience, but she seemed flustered by our return. We had all the information right there for her, but she couldn't seem to figure out what to do with it. They had quoted me one price at the beginning, and it came out to a much higher price. I wanted to take it to someone else, but they told me I would have to pay them to get my information back. I will never go back.
