Always good. The groomer does the exact cut we want. Check out could be a little faster. Expected with the growth of the business.

I've been going there for years. Ever since they started expanding they have been unorganized and have terrible customer service. They screwed up the grooming more than once and I am tired of the bad attitudes of the young college kids they hire for the front desk. I am done taking my dogs to them.

took my baby in right before thanksgiving to be groomed, she smelled great, however the cut she recieved was not the best quality. Since then I have had to take her elsewhere to have the cut fixed. I really have to question whether the groomers are top-notch. I will definitely be taking my baby elsewhere for grooming in the future.

I have a high energy dog that I was worried I couldn't keep much longer. Then I found Whiskers. I can take her in for daycare and when I pick her up at night, she's asleep before we get home. She spends all day socializing with other dogs, she is supervised during playtime, and she isn't left in play all day long. She gets a break between playtimes to get her 2nd, 3rd, and 4th winds, and when I pick her up she has just enough energy to make it into the house, and she will spend the rest of the night sleeping. She perks up every time I ask if she wants to got to Whiskers; she knows the route and gets more excited the closer we get. The entire staff know her on sight and she loves to see each of them when we arrive; it feels like leaving her with family. It's a great feeling to know that I can now meet her exercise needs and she is happier because of it. I recommend Whiskers to everyone I know; they've made it possible for me to keep my dog with me and to keep her happy and healthier.

I had go to out of town for 10 days for work. I was very apprehensive about leaving my Golden Retriever, Lily. I have never boarded her anywhere before. My vet recommended Whiskers. I went there for a tour and was impressed by it. It looked and smelled clean and all the dogs seemed very happy. The staff suggested that I bring Lily for daycare a couple of times before leaving her when I took my trip so she would be more comfortable. She seemed happy there and came home tired.

I went on my trip still feeling nervous. I called everyday for updates on Lily and the staff was very gracious and told me the details of Lily's day. It made me feel so much better. When I went to pick her up, she was so happy to see me. She greeted me by jumping around, wagging her tail and barking! And then she went back into her suite like she wanted me to join her. It was so cute! I was very happy that Lily was happy and comfortable at Whiskers. I would definately bring her back there if I have to board her again.

I bring Max to Whiskers three days a week for daycare. He loves playing with his friends. It really tires him out which is great since I work all day. Once a month he gets a "spa day" of playtime with his friends and grooming. He plays all morning and in the afternoon he gets his hair done. When I bring him home, he is tired and beautiful! The groomers always have Max looking super! He smells great too!

Whiskers is the perfect place for my pup to stay, I feel so comfortable leaving him there, knowing he will be well cared for. He always seems so happy, and "tired" in a good way when we get home. I know he enjoyed his vacation. The facility itself is always so clean and smells very fresh when I come in, (No yucky dog smell). I would definetly recommend Whiskers to any of my pet loving friends.

My dog came home very tired and sick. We brought him to our vet, only to find out he was dehydrated, and sun burnt. Upon touring this place later, we discovered that they had no means of shade for the dogs outside, and that they keep them outside for extensive periods of time. I would highly reccomend somewhere else where they have veterinary staff on there team, and can monitor your pets more closely.
