i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseCalled West Michigan Lock and Key for help. Terry was on a different call and not sure he could get to me. I was able to work the key and lock on my RV until it finally opened up. Later that evening Terry called me back when he was done with the job he was on - just to check and see if I had been able to solve my lock problem. Then proceeded to give me some advice about lubricating the locks to prevent further problems. What a nice guy - never thought I would get a call at 8pm just asking if I was OK and whether I still needed help. I definitely would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with locks in the area of Grand Rapids. Thanks for you concern, Terry.

Terry was to our house on time (actually he was able to get us in a day earlier than originally plannedwhich was a total bonus!) and did an awesome job, very quickly. We had to have the key ignition column replaced in our van because the key wouldn't turn to start it anymore (unfortunately, a common problem with 2002 Toyota Siennas). Problem solved! The price was very reasonable, even with paying the overnight shipping fee for ordering our part. In all the bill was $273which we were totally happy to pay for the excellent, speedy service we got.
