I went there to look around as I would like to trade in my car for an SUV. I found that they have a good selection of SUV's as well as other cars. The person who helped me was really nice and friendly and was not pushy like other used car sales people. I believe his name was Mike. I wasn't able to do the trade in cause I guess I owe too much for my car and it wouldn't work out but as soon as I can I will keep Value Cars in mind.

Now this is how car buying is suppose to be! Hilda did an exceptional job at helping me decern the differences between two models I really were interested in. She took the time to learn about our family and what would make an ideal vehicle for us. After working with many used car dealerships, Value Cars Inc. takes the cake in how a customer should be treated. What I found most amazing is how easy going, and not pushy Hilda and her sales staff were. She explained all the available financing options and was able to pull a few strings to put us in the best position.

The result: my family and I have a great vehicle we believe in at an affordable price we can live with.

I had a poor experience due to the service and ultimately did not purchase a vehicle. Obviously a business needs to make a profit, but you're not going to do well if you can't focus on the needs of a customer and that was not done here - the focus is on dollar signs.
