Do not use this contractor, he is not ethical. We hired him to refinish our hardwood flooring and to install oak flooring in the dining room replacing a stone floor. He stated that the job for the wood flooring would take 3 days to complete, it took more than a month. He did not come everyday and when he showed up he would only stay for 1-2 hours, maybe! He does not have a crew working with him, he will go and get a day-laborer. We would have to reach out to him to find out if/when he was coming. He would say he would be there by 9:00am and show up around 11:00-11:30am. Most of the time when he did show up he was not prepared, he would have to leave and pick up supplies like nails or something I feel he should have already had with him! He did a very poor job with our flooring. The top coat/ sealer was applied with no consistency of sheen. In 1 of the bedrooms there are areas of high gloss followed by areas of matte. In the hallway you can see where the differences of the sheen cuts off with marks from the tool he used. When calling his attention to this the 1st time he stated all I have to do is damp mop it and it would even out the sheen...excuse me “All I have to do...”! When calling his attention to this again he claims he could not see it. The new wood flooring he laid in the dining room squeaks and some areas of the floor you can feel yourself sinking as you walk across it. I had a flooring expert come in to assess his work and they told me that the dining room flooring was a grade 2 cherry oak whereas the rest of our wood flooring is premium grade oak. The flooring experts also told us he did not nail down the planks. We told him we wanted oak flooring installed in the dining room at the initial consultation and this is what he put on the contract paperwork but this is not what he installed. He was also suppose to do the kitchen floor installing a faux wood vinyl laminate but he install a cardboard faux wood laminate that puckered within days of being laid. Who in their right mind would install a paper based floor in a kitchen...and he is suppose to be a professional!!! He also showed us, at the beginning of this contract, a flooring sample for the kitchen which we approved of but he did not install that. He showed us a light gray vinyl laminate but installed a dark gray cardboard laminate. This guy baits and switches, he does poor quality work, he uses poor quality materials, he has no respect for the client’s property or time. I wish you could see how he allowed drywall and insulation to get inside of our refrigerator, microwave, brand new dishwasher, cabinets, and drawers...it was everywhere. He hung our wall kitchen cabinets crooked which was visible to everyone that entered our house. At the beginning of the wall cabinetry it was 8.5 inches from the ceiling; at the ending of the wall of cabinetry they were hung 9.0 inches from the ceiling with gaps and spaces between each cabinet and gaps between the wall and the cabinets. He destroyed most of our floor trim and door trim. To add insult to injury, when I called him out about his poor work ethics and poor craftsmanship he got an attitude with me and refused to complete certain task that he had promised he would handle and then the craftsmanship got worse. I could go on and on about this horrible experience because what I have written here is only the tip of the iceberg. Please do yourself a favor and take my review to heart. He’s nice in the beginning when he is trying to get your money but then his true colors show...and the colors are not pretty!!!

Terver Services did a good job of installing drywall in my basement. I will recommend them to any of my friends anytime. I booked them to power wash my house this summer, someone told me they are good at it.
