I am so disappointed with the customer service at Snyder roofing aka All American remodeling. I have had to call them multiple times just to get people to give dates and times of my roof installation. I was told it was a one day job and it's been three and I have an unfinished roof and a huge dumpster in my driveway. There are boards and shingles left in my yard. When I called to ask if someone was coming out to finish the job the man on the phone was unhelpful and rude. He completely ignored my concerns for getting the job done. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience and just asked if I wanted to leave another message. I would not recommend this company to anyone it has been such a hassle

dont believe these fake reviews. this company sub contracts and will install you metal roof backorders like they did mine and you will just end up in court with a leaking roof.

Doesn't answer phone calls. Doesn't pass on messages. Doesn't keep promises. Doesn't live up to commitments.

Steer Clear! Horrible company to deal with! Scheduler set and appt for a roof quote and then nobody showed up! When I called the next day to ask what happened, they informed me that they tried calling me back to verify at some point and couldn't reach me and decided not to leave me a voicemail. What a joke! I agree with the other poster, " Don't bother calling them! I set up an appointment for an estimate and they never showed up and did not call. Very poor customer service. The economy must be booming since they obviously don't need the work!"....that is exactly how this screw shop operates!

In our discussions prior to the work, they promised they could get rid of our ice damns. Being what we wanted, we hired them. They got the work done in a day, but rushed the job in the attic (insulation and cleaning out eves) and requested an additional $960 without any itemized list to go with it. Winter came and we still had ice damns. We took pictures and attempted to contact them. It took a month to get someone to come out in March, in which the ice damns had melted. We gave them the pictures we took and they told us to call back in a few weeks. We attempted to contact them for another month with no response. Informed them we were filing a completing at the BBB. They ignored it & lost their BBB accreditation. Would not recommend!
