Don't make the mistake I made...

I took in 2 coats to be cleaned. They filed them under someone else's name, so when I came to pick them up, they could not find them. They went through the racks and eventually found them randomly assigned. I had asked for a specific cleaning on one coat, and that was not originally noted or done. They agreed to redo it, but when I asked to pick up the other coat, they said I had to pay for both coats then. I said I would still be willing to pay for the "Redo" coat, but only when I picked it up. They wouldn't let me take either until I paid for both in full. Obviously I did not want to pay until I knew it was actually clean, and not lost again. After speaking with a few different customer service representatives, the most they would offer was a discount for the redo coat. And when I got them both home, the 2nd coat was visibly worn from the cleaning, making it discolored.

Bad service, bad followup, don't waste your time with this place.
