She guided me through the process quickly with concern along the way for all my questions. She had the answers to most of my questions but did not hesitate to seek additional input if necessary. Provided by SuperpagesI purchased my Toyota Camry new and Blaine Bensyl has been my auto-repair representative since day one. Blaine is great to work with. I especially appreciate that at the end of each visit when I check out, he willingly takes the time to review what I can expect for my NEXT vehicle maintenance visit. He will typically clarify for me which services are critical and which ones could be postponed. I am going on 80,000 miles strong and always request Blaine by name, since I feel he respects my individual concerns when it comes to maintaining my automobile investment.

Provided by SuperpagesMe and my family have had quite a few encounters with Toyota of Grand Rapids over the years. Everything has been handled wonderfully except for a couple service appts where the help and pricing was lacking and pretty astronomical respectively (compared to local mechanic working on brakes) Otherwise I would highly recommend them. My most recent stop went quite well when Paul Gruber helped me get my hands on my new 4runner. He is not like some who I have met here before who are very pushy and overpowering. Would recommend working with him as well.

Provided by SuperpagesMy service appointment would be a longer one because it included replacing brake pads and machining the rotors. My adviser Vern Hall was great in finding me transportation as I had other appointments to get to while my Highlander was being serviced. I've appreciated his consultation and customer service while having my Highlander and taking it to Toyota of GR. He's been great to converse with on the needs and points of my vehicle.

Nick Snyder answered all of our questions regarding leasing vs. buying and showed us how every single gadget on the vehicle worked. We were blown away by his knowledge of everything and are very happy with our decision to go with Toyota!

Provided by SuperpagesOn July 22, 2015 I took my car in for warranty work, and Sean Bier-Hobbs did an excellent job of providing me with a new 2015 Prius V Three to use until my car was done. I worked with Tara Helmer in Sales about purchasing the new Prius, and she did an excellent job of getting me a good price, so I purchased the 2015 Prius V. Joe VanDyke (Service Manager) did an excellent job in seeing that all went well for me. Thanks to all. Totally satisfied.

He takes the time to explain our options and what needs to be done with our vehicles. His customer service skills are excellent as is his knowledge of vehicles. Ben DeKruyter met with a welcoming hello and immediately prepared the paper work for the service to be completed. Ben always takes the time to explain what service will be completed, cost expectations, and time expectations. Ben always asks if I plan to wait for my vehicle or if I would like him to make arrangements for other transportation. If my car needs additional service Ben explains what needs to be done completely and in an easily understood explanation, When my vehicle is ready Ben notifies me and always thanks me for allowing Toyota to service my vehicle. Ben is always polite and professional and the reason I continue to have my Camry serviced at Toyota of Grand Rapids. I feel my business is truly appreciated when I deal with Ben DeKruyter. Thanks Ben.
