I used this moving company because everyone else seemed to want a fortune to move our items from a storage unit to 1st floor drive up apartment. didn't even have a couch and chair, for our 1 bedroom stored items. This company was wonderful, reminded me of Arizona Brothers in Phoenix AZ. They were fast, friendly, and professional. Every company out there could learn from them. Even reminded me not to plug in our small freezer for a few hours and that a leg of of bedframe was missing. I will always recommend this company and got cards to pass our to our apt place and storage unit office. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

I hired Quick and Careful Moving for my last move and I am very happy that I did. There were no damages and they really lived up to their name. The movers were literally running back into the house to get more items after they would put something on the truck. I am very happy with the service performed and I would highly recommended this company.

I had Glenn and Nate come out to do our move, we had a previous moving company come out and give us an estimate of 10 hours for a higher hourly rate, The guys at Quick and Careful moving did it in 6 hours , no damages, everything went really well! My wife was happy and THAT SAYS ALOT lol, but really great company and I will definitely refer them to everyone we know. Thank you QC Moving I can't say it enough. You guys rock!

BEST MOVING COMPANY EVER!! They really stand by their name that's for sure! The movers I had Neil and Mike were careful, prompt , professional and very friendly! They did exactly what we wanted and took the stress off of us by far!! We will recommend this company to EVERYONE we know!

A cardboard box of books was negligently left on the open front porch. It was raining all day! I didn't see the box due to patio chairs in front of it. The box was left, where the rain falls off the roof. Totally destroyed 26 collector books (2 no longer in print) soaking in rain when I found them.
The Managers were rude when I reported the damages and sent photos of the damage, blamed me for not upgrading to the best insurance for replacement value. They said they are not liable for negligence or damages. They said my insurance was ,60 cents per pound damages. Plus my gas grill knocked over being removed from the truck, in yard. Broken hood.
I've requested a claim form 4 times. They refuse to respond.
They are all good, I'm sure, if no damages..
If there is damage, they will blame you, be rude and refuse to send you a claim form.
They stated "send a request thru a small claims court"!
I;ve contacted BBB and Fox 17 problem solvers. My son is also following up with an attorney.

PS. I moved 90 miles. My estimate was $1,300.00. My bill was $1,700.+.00
I was not given a copy of the itemized bill. This has been requested multiple times also. The estimate was verbal, nothing was sent to me so far validate this, Estimate I was given over the phone of $1,300.00 or the final bill of $1,700.00...for a 2 bed house, less than 1,000 sq ft house, moving to a smaller house.
They said I was charged for mileage, weight and State of MI regulates the cost.
The move cost me $200.00 an hour and $800, in damages to books and a broken gas grill.

Be very cautious with this company!
