I've been going to them for years. I love how personable they are and knowledgeable. Yes it may take a bit to get your car back but they are walk in. I trust them with my car. My husband said he wouldn't trust our car with 95% of the other businesses out there.

Brought my car into this "car repair shop" on Division. My brakes were having issues. Dealt with Clint, I can't believe how long it took for him to do my brakes. I waited over 5 hours for it to be done. I had other things to do on my day off!! What awful service! He shouldn't even be working here.

Never bring your car here. Employees are useless and have no idea what they are doing!

Unorganized

I am writing this from their lobby. I dropped my car off 4.5 hours ago for an oil change and am still waiting. No one knew what the status was, oneam told me they forgot about it, and the guy in charge seems very frazzled and unsure of what is going on. No real sense of customer service and didn't take ownership of the situation. Not to mention the waiting area said it was 94 degrees. Will not return.

Rude and lousy service! Rude ...

Rude and lousy service!

Rude and lousy service! The first problem I had with them was about a year ago. Took an SUV in for an alignment. When I picked it up, I was told that it was aligned, but he couldn't align it and have the steering wheel centered. He also mentioned play in the steering gear. When I mentioned there was an adjustment for that, he said that it would cause memory steer. I later took the vehicle to another shop who aligned it properly, and adjusted the steering gear without any problems. Recently I had a leaky tire. Even with this previous problem, I took it there to have it repaired. It was just a leaky tire. What could go wrong? Before even spraying the tire, he looked at the sidewall and said that it had dry rot, and would need to be replaced. He just happened to have a tire like it, although a slightly different size that he could sell to me. I told him that I recently had the tires inspected, that they were fine and to check for a larger leak, as air seeping through the sidewall would not go flat overnight. He refused. I asked for the tire back, and that I would take it elsewhere to have it fixed. He got angry, carried the tire out next to the car, and threw it on the ground. I took the tire to the shop where I buy my tires, who checked it, and sealed the leak around the aluminum rim. They said the tire was just fine, and all tires will develop small cracks over time. (I've found some places are telling people that tires need to replaced unnecessarily due to small cracks in the sidewall, or tread valley. Educate yourself here. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tiretech/techpage.jsp?techid=30 ) I went back to talk to the manager about the problem, and to explain that the cracks do not necessarily dictate replacement. He ignored me at first, and then finally yelled: "Can't you see that I'm working on a car here?" When I told him that it would just take a couple of minutes for him to listen to me, part of his response was: "If you're here to complain that we didn't fix your tire, I don't care!" Go there at your own risk.
