Love these guys--- nicest folks to buy a car from. They stand by everything they sell.

Skip it! Tim's a great mechanic, but the rest of the organization is not solid. I had 2 bad experiences there and won't ever go back. Too bad Tim doesn't work at a better shop.

I just wanted to take a moment to share that I have visited Prestige on several occasions. Each time I experienced professionalism, a clean working environment and left knowing that the best compliment I could give is that I would recommend Prestige to family and friends. So give them an opportunity and you will find the same reassurance to utilized their services and possibly buy a vehicle from a trusted business who does what they say and do the extra to exceed your expectation.

I have gone to Prestige for many years (sales and service) and have consistently been pleased with the professionalism and serivce I have received. The pricing on the cars I have purchased and the service I have received was always very fair; I know Joe & Co. have saved me money on more than one occasion in the past. They have a committed and loyal customer in me.

Prestige Imports is a first class business that takes customer service to a whole new level. Any time I am in there for service they make sure things are done right and I am fully aware of what was done on my car and what may be needed in the near future.



I also bought a truck from them recently, and Phil was very thorough while looking for it. He actually walked away from some because of previous damage or unknown problems.

Prestige is a very kind, friendly, and professional place to take your vehicle to get serviced. My husband and I have purchased all of our vehicles from there and had them serviced. We've never had a problem with employees being rude or disrespectful. They are always smiling and willing to help us out. Plus, I can't mention the number of times they've saved us money on repairs by getting the work done early, or finding parts that work great but are not from the manufacturer.



I've also witnessed, on numerous occasions, employees staying late to get a vehicle fixed for someone who was in a pinch. It's rare to find someone who cares enough about their customers to stay late or come in on a weekend. Prestige is the real deal and the full package!

I have been a customer of Prestige Imports & Service Department for the past 10 years. For the first time in my car-owning life, I discovered a service dealership that treats me, as a woman, as if I have a brain: Accurate service records are maintained and repairs are thoroughly explained to me. These explanations have helped me learn more about my vehicle.

Repairs and services are done in a timely and efficient manner. The service coordinator, as well as the dealership owner have demonstrated honesty and integrity in all business-repair transactions. Prestige Imports is highly invested in assuring my safety and satisfaction as a driver and a customer. They go above and beyond to meet my customer needs

Thank goodness someone recommended Prestige to me years ago. I have trusted Prestige to service every vehicle I've owned since then-from Volvo to Audi to Infiniti. I would not go anywhere else because of the honesty, integrity, reliability and genuine kindness. As a professional, single woman who travels the globe, I am accustomed to a variety of communication styles, and at Prestige, every person I've met there unfailingly acts with respect, my questions are never minimized, and the personal touch they give sets the bar high for people in all service industries. I've recommended several friends as well, for service or to buy a car, and everyone just loves the 'Prestige experience'!

For 9 years, I have been taking my Mazda to Prestige Auto Imports for service. I was impressed with Prestige right away because of their professionalism and because they did not try to pressure me into any type of unnecessary "tune-ups" or service program. They charge more for oil changes than a chain-style oil change place, but that's because they pay a good wage to their mechanics for their extensive experience and high-quality workmanship. No one at Prestige would ever take advantage of my lack of technical knowledge or the fact that I'm a woman. Prestige treats their customers with respect and I will remain a loyal customer.

My car was in the shop for over 1 month and it took them 15 hrs. of labor to figure out my engine was bad. Well $1000 later and the fact that they were not even comfortable installing a new engine makes me wish this happens to noone else. I took my car out of there to get fixed, add that one up. How could I refer this to anyone? Worst experience across the board.

Took my car to them for an inspection and service estimate. Was charged $100 for the 30 minutes it took them to look at my car and then quoted the "female" rate to service it -- which was more than double what all other local service specialists were quoting. Will NEVER go back!

I've been a customer of Prestige Imports for more than 25 years. I've bought several used imports from Joe Licari and have never gotten a lemon. The late-model Volvo and BMW I bought were like new and I saved a ton of money because the original owner got hit with the early depreciation. I also bought an older Toyota Camry and an older Honda Accord for my kids to drive. Both proved to be dependable transportation in better shape that what I could find from private sellers. Their service department is excellent and trustworthy. Unlike the new car dealers, Prestige will actually fix things and not just replace major parts unless it's necessary. They have never recommended service I didn't need. In fact they will often advise me on how much longer I can let something go before I really need the service.

with Prestige Imports yu will always get your money worth. They are honest and have good quality vehicles.

I have been buying used imports from Joe Licari for over 25 years. The cars are always in excellent condition. I've actually had fewer problems than the few times I've bought a new car from the dealer. The new ones always seem to have bugs. So I wait a couple years and let the original owner deal with the bugs and lose a lot of money from depreciation. Then Joe screens the car and I get a trouble-free car for a lot less money. Once, I even gave Joe a particular make and model I wanted and he found exactly what I wanted within a few weeks.



The Service Department at Prestige Imports is also great. They fix things right the first time and I don't have to keep going back. Best of all, they are absolutely honest. They never recommend service I don't really need. And if they can repair something without replacing expensive parts, they will do it. They've even found used and rebuilt parts for my older cars.
