this place is a scam. they are out for your money and quite rude. you have been warned they got my 49 dollars, crooks pure and simple.place needs to be shut down.

Although I made some dumb mistakes, and the tester highlighted the areas I need to work on, I would expect that much from any other testing company WITHOUT the rude tone and gruff remarks. I personally highly recommend finding a different testing company, but I'm sure Precision's overall rating of 2/5 stars speaks for itself.



P.S.: My tester informed me that traveling a mere 5 miles per hour over the speed limit was an AUTOMATIC fail, something which practically every adult driver does and I'm sure would not be considered even a small penalty elsewhere.

We had the same experience as another poster here. We were quoted a time to be there and when we showed up exactly on time they insisted that our appointment was another time and said we'd need to reschedule and pay again. Not happening. This place is a scam! Avoid at all costs!

I took my test twice and failed both times. The first time it was my fault, but the second time the tester was rude and already had it in her mind that I was going to fail. Would NOT recommend.

Don't go here! The elderly women got in my car. Starting pushing bottoms. Complaining she was hot, and order me to put on The air. The elderly women hit and yelled at me. After asking a question why she made her decision she yelled again. Putting hand in my face. When asked to speak with a manager. She ran in the building and in front of other people yelled again. I came in after her and asked to speak to the manager alone. She came in yelled called me a "Liar" and the manager stood there and laughed. While the elderly women went on her rant.
If your black I wouldn't go here. Cause they are prejudices. They are violent, rude, treat you like your nothing.

Best place ever. The instructor was very pleasant and put my child at ease. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Precision really needs to work on their customer service. My son set up his road test for a Saturday morning and prepaid online. When we arrived the staff present insisted we didn't have an appointment at their location. After some back and forth, my son pulled up the email confirmation confirming his test date and time. Even after the appt was confirmed the instructor still acted as if we were messing up her schedule somehow. I was taken aback at how unprofessional this staff acted - RUDE.

I signed up for a driving test in Mecosta County with Al Thorington. I registered through www.michiganroadtesting.com. Aside from the fact that my appointment was initially cancelled because I didn't prepay with a credit/debit card, the test went well. (The website mentioned that I could pay through five forms of payment, but failed to mention that it had to be prepaid). That was cleared up the morning of the test. It went extremely well. The instructor was friendly and nice and the test was relatively stress-free. As long as you don't speed or violate traffic laws, you can pass the road portion. I would definitely recommend this business/instructor to a friend.

Called to try setting up a road test and the woman who answered the phone was very short, rude, and not very helpful. Said the next week was booked with road tests at all locations around me right away without even checking.
