Provided by YPmobileVery displeased with level of customer care I received after the sale. Manufacturing error with access door. A faulty heatrt. A chip in shell. Customer service dept. wants to weasel out of customer service.

Provided by YPmobileOn a whim stopped there on the way home from work. Knowledgeable staff actually tested our water, not just dip the strip - then helped to carry the chemicals out to the car! Great people to deal with!

Provided by SuperpagesWe needed a hot tub for therapy use. We shopped everywhere and came upon Pools Plus because they carry Hot Spring Spas. I came in to look and they answered all my questions and we ended up buying a Vanguard! We have had the tub for 3 years now and use it everyday! We love our Hot Spring Spa. We also use Pools Plus for our chemical needs and they have an awesome Service Department! If you are looking for a great quality tub and a company you can rely on, Pools Plus is the place! Thank you for everything, we recommend you to all our friends and family.

Provided by SuperpagesI have been going to Pools Plus for many years. I find their staff the most knowledgeable out of all the other pool stores in the area. If I ever have a problem I bring them my sample, they test it for free & get me set up with only what I need. The manager, Jodi can solve just about any problem I have! If you are looking for a pool store that gets things done, they are it! They also carry pool tables, which my husband has been wanting for a long time. I will be going back this fall to purchase one because I trust that they will do a great job.
