I have a 40 inch Haier TV that failed suddenly after connecting a DVI to HDMI connection to the TV. The TV wouldn't power on afterwards, but it was under warranty. When I called Haier, they referred me to Millbook Service Company. I didn't have my receipt from Paul's TV and it took me a few days to get one, but while I was waiting on them to get back to me with the receipt, I was proactively called by Millbrook Service so they could touch base and give me an idea of what to expect. He gave me an estimate of when he could come out which was spot on.



When he came out to perform the repair, he called in advance, and was polite and courteous. He repaired the TV in my home in less than an hour. The guy was a true professional in every sense of the word.



It's hard to find good, capable help, but if that's what you need when it comes to a TV I would recommend this company to my closest family and friends.



I read some bad reviews on other sites, but everything I read seemed like circumstances that were totally out of their control, i.e. getting parts from the other side of the world and it taking two months, or dealing with a manufacturer that refuses to send them. You can't fault the repair guy for that . . . lol.



Make no mistake, this guy is like a Shaolin Monk of TV repair, and thanks to his wicked Kung-Fu, my kid's TV is alive and well again!

I called Samsung yesterday afternoon about my LCD TV and they sent out Millbrook who arrived today. The man who repaired my TV was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. He was here for about 15-20 minutes, during which time he fixed my capacitors and had my TV back up on the wall mount. Because my TV was covered under Samsung, I did not pay for anything so I don't know how much it would have costed. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having trouble with their TV.

I had such a great experience with this company! They work weekends and evenings which was great for me as both my husband and I work. My start to finish repair took 2 days. It's a bummer that it broke but I couldn't say better things about this company and will definitely call them again!
