Worst experience ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Brian Knight is super shady and rude and you will not get what you pay for. He would not put in the contract that he gets 0% commission, he flat out told me he wouldn't put that in even though that is the whole reason we went with a flat MLS service. So, in the end he would get 3% and the buyers agent would get 3%!!!! I should just use a regular realtor then!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DON"T USE BRIAN KNIGHT!!!!

We would have to agree with Lyndsey J. Brian Knight didn't do us any favors either. He took weekends off and would not assist us with our requests during the week either. We are attempting to get a refund from MLSMYHOME.com who transferred our MLS request to their company without giving us any options. Just fyi, even though MLSMYHOME has a 100% guarantee they won't give you a refund. Filed a dispute with our credit card company. Find a good local broker. We found one and are now very happy with our service.

If I could give this company 0 stars for deceptive business practices I would. Brian Knight is a liar and unprofessional. He was to list my house on the MLS and I was handling all the calls, showings and offers but he refused to provide me contact information of realtors interested. He told me he got calls to schedule showings but refused to send me agent contact info. When I questioned him he just threatened me and said he was canceling my listing on the MLS. Avoid this company at all costs!!
