When my former dentist retired, he recommended Dr. Lambert. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to see Tom, a man I have known on and off as casual friends for over 30 years.
My wife has sensitive teeth and difficult dental needs; after one visit we both knew Tom would be our new dentist. Their entire team does great work, as they are very diligent and display excellent professional care to our special needs.
At our last visit, when entering the lobby, we were greeted and waited only a few minutes. The receptionist and staff were pleasant and courteous. Our dental records were transferred from our former dentist. This summer my employer had changed to different dental insurance and the office staff updated our records without any issue.
We were pleased to see that all rooms were very clean and now have specially installed air purifiers in every patient room. I can sense the staff are diligent in cleaning, as sanitation is important for good patient care.
The dental hygienists were kind and very informative. Dr. Lambert took the time to explain and answer all our questions. I felt we got excellent service in a safe, pleasant, CLEAN professional environment. Tom is now our new, permanent family dentist.
