Even though the body work your guys did for me was fairly minor, I am rather particular about my triple-black convertible and wanted it done right – which you did! Two of the three “door dings” are completely gone (I literally cannot find them) and the third (located right on a seam on the right-rear fender) is now almost invisible. And I previously had another body shop look at that last one, and they told me that nothing could be done. I am very pleased! Please give my thanks to the craftsman who did the job. Even though I live in Jenison, Koenes Auto Body is now “my shop” for body work. It’s worth the drive!

I picked Koenes out of a list of collision places I got from my insurance company from the great reviews it got on the web. I was not steered wrong - Koenes was professional, clean, organized and well-run. The staff were all pleasantn and well informed. They work well with the rental place and arranged for my rental car to be brought to the shop and I left it there when I was done with it - how easy was that! They did an awesome job with my car and also washed it and vacuumed it. I will be recommending Koenes to anyone who needs an auto body shop!!
