Kennedy's is an awesome, unique & beautiful store! The flowers are absolutely gorgeous and there is a huge variety of great gifts! The employees are very nice and I would recommend the store to everyone!

Cannot say enough good things about Kennedy Flowers and Gifts. The Zen Artistry arrangement including a live orchid which can be grown at home was absolutely gorgeous. Ordered online was not sure of the Hospital address but had the room # etc. They delivered the next day and exceeded what we requested. A big thank you to Kennedy Florist! We live in Florida and were sent a picture via cell phone. You outdid yourselves. Thank You. Linda Nissen.

They are an incredible organization, they support local non-profits and help give back to the community. If you are looking for a place to shop where the people care about the community and not just a sale....this is the place! SIMPLY AMAZING!!! We worked with Jennifer for our wedding flowers! She was so sweet and had amazing ideas! She was kind and when I left there I felt as though everything would be taken care of the exact way we wanted. Jennifer and her team exceeded our expectations! My wedding bouquest was breath-taking!! She has an amazing talent and tends to take care of even the smallest of details! The flowers were fresh, vibrant and absolutely beautiful! I would recommend Kennedy's Flowers & Gifts to anyone. I just love the gift portion of Kennedy's....the wide, wide selection of Vera Bradley and also the magnetic art of Carol Roeda...so many decorative gifts to choose from during all four seasons! Stop by...you'll be so glad you did!

I found an arrangement I found on the website and called to ask specifically if they would create it in the low bamboo container shown. The sales rep checked and came back and said, "No, our bamboo containers are darker than the one shown." I was ready to order when she added, "Our floral designer said we can't make it for the $45 price, it will only have one stem of lilies in it, not two." What? It's shown with 2 stems of lilies on the website, so that's false advertising. At least they told me so I could NOT order from them.

I went into Kennedy's 14 years ago with a list of flower arrangement needs for my wedding. They took my list , saying someone would call me and moved onto the next customer. No one ever called me back, so I went with another florist. (This was a $2,000 order.) I've shopped there again, but I've never once had anyone greet me. (Nor have I purchased anything.) I live in Cascade, but am more likely to frequent EGR, Saugatuck, etc .because of my experience with this store.

Whenever I need a gift, I can always find something perfect at Kennedy's. I can spend hours roaming through the store. Incredible items.

Kennedys is the place to shop for that unique gift. On top of that their flowers are so beautiful you can't resist.

I recently visited for a Vera Bradley purchase! I was very pleased with the selection of sizes and patterns! Also very surprised by the hand written thank you for shopping card I received in the mail a week later! Excellent store for gift shopping and great flowers!

Kennedy's is one of my favorite stores. Can aways find the right gift and always find something for myself.

This store is my favorite place to shop. They always have the best and most unique gifts in Grand Rapids! They expanded a couple years ago and now I can find some great lamps, rugs, mirrors and artwork for my home. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything you buy can be gift packaged for free, and it looks great! I would highly recommend this store!

I've grown up kowing Kennedy's, as it was my dad's go-to place for every occasion warranting flowers. They pride themselves on great customer service, and are always ready for a quick delivery or bouquet with a smile. They also have a great selection of other types of merchandise (cards, bags, jewelry, rugs, etc) for a quick gift if you ever need it. I highly recommend that you check them out!

I love everything about this store except that it is not closer. The merchandise is fun, colorful, creative, and everchanging. The staff is wonderful to work with and goes the extra mile for it's customers.

Kennedy's is located about two blocks down from the Marsha Veenstra State Farm Insurance office off of Cascade Road. They have beautiful flowers at this time of year as well as many cute gifts and cards.

I ordered the flowers Friday afternoon specifically to be delivered Monday morning. You offered to deliver them on Saturday, but since my friend's office was closed, I said no.



If someone had called and said, "our delivery driver is running late, he had a flat tire, you gave an incorrect address, it snowed in GR and the roads are really bad..." None of that happened.



You were recommended to me by my friend's supervisor because you are supposedly in close proximity of their office, and they had not had a problem before. Maybe that was a negative rather than a positive.



I'm kind of funny about people who make commitments and don't live up to them. I received an, "I'm sorry" from Amanda when I called, and she was very pleasant, but I am still disappointed. I wanted my friend to enjoy the experience of her gift all day, not for a few hours.

Kennedy's is by far my favorite place to order flowers from in the Grand Rapids area. The staff are very friendly and accomodating and the flowers are always so beautiful. I order often for the company I work for and have yet to see a dissatisfied recipient.

Its fun to see new and exciting gifts and flowers every time I visit Kennedys. I use Kennedys for all my client and employee gifts. The flowers always hit the mark, are long lasting and I get a great response. Kennedys also did an outstanding job on the flowers for my mothers funeral.
