Another great ring store that I have visited. Perfect store to buy diamond rings. This is the store I went to buy my wife's wedding ring.

I came her to by a bracelet for my wife and my forth wedding anniversary. I didn't really know what I was looking for but the staff was so great and helped me find the perfect one. I guess they did a good job, because my wife loved it!

I have bought a few things from here over the past few years and every time I go here I'm treated like royalty. The customer service here is incredible. Not to mention how wonderful their selection of gorgeous pieces is. I absolutely love it here!

I am going to propose to my girlfriend and I was scared cause I know it's going to be alot of money, or so I thought. I went to Juhas & Sullivan to pick it out and find out what they had to offer. They have an amazing selection and the prices are affordable. I ended up get it there and to top it all off, she said YES. I am so happy.

I've been sporting a Juhas & Sullivan-created engagement ring for about a month now, and literally every time I look at my hand (a lot, in the course of a day) I marvel at how cool and beautiful my ring is and how lucky I am to have something so unique and perfect. My fiance worked with them closely on the ring and has said nothing but great things about the experience, including the fact that they were his top pick out of many designers that he spoke and met with when trying to find someone who he felt comfortable working with. From my own experience, when the ring was too big, they fixed it quickly - and for that matter, they also created a unique blend of golds which has gotten a ton of compliments and makes me feel like I really have something unique and special! I want people to ask me who designed it so I can send them their way!

Talk about great customer service and affordable prices! It is really perfect! You get complete one on one and they are willing to work within any budget. No pressure to buy and just a great experience. It is nice looking at wedding bands when there aren't 15 other brides around you doing the same thing, it makes you feel more special. Jeff Juhas takes customer service to a whole new level; he takes the time to ensure he understands what you want, does not pressure you at all, and gives you 200% of his attention while discussing options with you. And it doesn't end there, when the jewelry arrives he encourages you to try it on and invites you to make any changes (i.e. size adjustments, etc) you would feel happier with. They went above and beyond all expectations!

To make a long story, short: I'm a guy that needs help when choosing jewelry. I wanted to get my lady an engagement ring & they worked tirelessly to make sure I was informed and happy. Can't thank them enough.

We found the prefect wedding ring for my finance here. We had a heck of a time finding something he liked and that looked good on him. They were super helpful and very friendly. Our perfect and unique wedding band was ordered and came in very quickly - it looks perfect! We are so glad we came in!

They went the extra mile for us. The band of my engagement ring is french pave, and I knocked loose and lost one of the tiny diamonds about 3 months after we were engaged (I can be rough on jewelry, I admit!). They had us bring in the ring, and replaced the diamond and repaired the ring free of charge! They are amazing! We will definitely be back to purchase more fine jewelry in the future.

I have a Patek Phillip watch that needs periodic maintenance. These guys make it happen, change the battery for free, found an exact replacement for the band, which is quite out of date, and best of all, suggest and sell the type of diamond jewelry my wife and daughters love because they see the ads in Town and Country. They also have the Rolex line, which is hard to get.

There is no place like this jewelry store in West Michigan! Four weeks ago my husband purchased a beautiful A Jaffe platinum ring for me for Mother's Day. We were going on a trip and George had to order one in a smaller size. He had in the store in 2 days. Since then I brought all my old jewelry in to be re-sized. This is an A++++ place to do business.

When I inherited my Grandmother's ring I brought it to Jeff and George to have it up-dated so my wife could wear it. They came up with a beautiful design and the ring was made right there at the store so I didn't have to worry about it being sent out somewhere else. It came out beautifully and my wife loves it! They clean and polish it for her for free whenever she comes in. I look forward to doing more business with them.
