Fast service, you came when you said you would, able to fix my tub with out having to come back, it was nice of the company that i called to refer you to us, instead of getting a no that we dont service your brand they gave us your name and number, and you came out the same day. i just wanted to say thanks.

They closed our pool last year and did not blow the lines properly so one of our lines cracked. I called in another company to do the repair and they said we were fortunate it wasn't a cold winter because it most likely would have damaged even more pipes.

I have had several hot tubs over the years and hot water Dr has absolutely the best prices on parts and service of anyone I have used. I also got a great price on a used tub this summer! Highly recommend. They work with you on your schedule, and do it right the first time.
