I use Grand Rapids Pest Control to keep the carpenter ants away from my home and yard. I have a great package with them that comes with a guarantee. Will definitely continue to use for years to come.

Forget all the other companies on your list to "shop" THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! We saw some bed bugs and immediately made a list of all the exterminators in the area--both the big guys and local businesses. Grand Rapids Pest Control was BY FAR the most understanding and helpful right off the bat. Their pricing is WONDERFUL and they were able to fit us in next day, even right after the holiday! We have small kids and one on the way, and Mark and his crew showed us the same respect and warm understanding as I'm sure he would his own family! My favorite pest control company. Why? I always have my questions answered, service is friendly and prompt and they take care of my bug problems. Their chemical is discreet and effective. I would always recommend if someone asked me who I use for pest control.

I wanted to write a post because I felt like my service was amazing from the start. The 1st (and only) phone call I made was answered right away. Service was set up fast. The guy came out and sprayed and my insects were gone within the time frame he said. It wasn't a great experience having bugs in my house, especially in late February, but dealing with this business was. I hope I won't need a pest control company again, but if I do, I would call them first.

Last summer I had problems with flying ants. I was concerned that they may be termites. The technician came out and was very knowledgeable, and took care of the issue for me. It's been nearly a year and the ants are still gone. If I have any problems in the future, they will be the first I call.

Poor service! My service guy seemed like he really did not know what he was doing.
