Not Interested in Helping Customer

Just left this business with a bad taste in my mouth. I drove to this business after calling to confirm that they carry batteries for exit signs. They told me they did. When I arrived the guy behind the counter asked if this was for a business and A if I had an account. I told him that it was for a condo complex and that this was my first time doing business with them. I showed him the batteries I was looking for and he went to the back to look for some. He returned back and said that they did not have any. He did not offer to order any or call when more came in. I asked if this is something that They normally and he said yes. I was going to purchase a few other items while there, but after the lack of interest he showed....I left. I won't be going back there and will tell others not to go the there. This is not how a good business is run.
