Family Outreach Center, founded in 1979, is a private and nonprofit agency. The agency offers social programs for the underserved and disenfranchised people. The organization offers various education programs, including confident parenting, family basics and juvenile court parent workshop. It gets funds from Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Network of West Michigan, Kent County Family Independence Agency and the Heart of West Michigan United Way.
