Absolutely horrible!!

This is my first year with them and not only have they neglected to plow my drive more than once after a storm, they neglected to come and plow after the city plowed. I got home from work and shoveled 3 feet of snow out of my drive all by myself because Egypt Creek refuses to answer their phones or call me back or show up to do what they are contracted to do. They have also started showing up hours later than what their flyer said they would "normally" plow by. I'm still shoveling my drive to get to work and get back from work. It sucks. I am debating whether or not to report them to the BBB by the end of the season.

For anyone looking at reviews, I think it's very suspicious that the only positive reviews all came within a 2 week period, like they were trying to boost their image during their most important advertising time of the year. They are all in September - which is when they start putting flyers out for business. I think those reviews are faked. They are probably written by friends and family or by monetary incentive only.

We have hired Egypt Creek to snowplow our home and plow our sidewalk for 4 years. This was the first year we hired them to maintain our home during the summer as well. Everything looks just great. Grass is crisply cut, shrubs look well maintained, in short, our house looks well taken care of. Bravo!

Just purchased a new home and the landscaping needed a lot of work. I was referred to Egypt Creek by a new neighbor and we are very pleased with the results. Everything has been cleaned up, we planted new shrubs and flowers and the outside of the house looks great. They showed up on time and were very professional. Would recommend.

Have hired EC to snowplow our driveway the last five seasons after using another company for the prior 3. EC does a much better job and we will continue using them.

Have used this company for 7 years for snowplowing. I think they do a nice job and we will be using them again this winter.

We just received the annual snowplowing renewal form from EC and have sent it in as we think they do a good job. We would recommend.

Very pleased with Egypt Creek. We have only hired them for a couple of years but they do nice work and the employees and very nice to me and my wife.

We have had this company take care of the outside of our home starting last winter and continuing through the spring/summer/fall season. Very impressed with their performance and professionalism.

We have had EC plow our driveway for about 4 or 5 years. They have always done a very nice job and plow several of the driveways on our block.

Hired this company three years ago for my home and my parents home for snowplowing. No complaints. Always plowed when I leave for work at 7am.

Egypt Creek plows about 45 homes in our subdivision each of the last few winters. Our association was so pleased that at our last meeting we awarded them our private road to plow as well. Would recommend highly.

Very pleased with their snowplowing.

Been with Egypt Creek for two years now. One winter wasn't too much snow and last winter was ridiculous. Both winters they did a fine job. I was able to go to work without exception at 730 A.M. and frankly, I didn't really think much about the snow as it was always plowed.

Had Egypt Creek plow my driveway and sidewalk for the first time last year. Did a great job. Plowed every time by 6:30am except for one time when we received over a foot of snow. Would recommend them as they performed better than several other companies I have hired in the past.
