Jerry was amazing in the process of making a purchase of 15 different t-shirt sizes and easy. He was able to explain what we needed to do, how he would do it and made a month that I was hoping to expect the shirts turn into less than a month. We also spelled something wrong on our end and forgot to double check, and he fixed it shirt by shirt which I would expect an extra fee but he was so nice to not charge me. I appreciate all he did for our family reunion to go smoothly! I would definitely refer him to everyone that want's a 5 star customer service professional. Please give him a try and you won't regret it!
