When I called to remove my garage furnace from my plan, I was put on hold for a long time. Once the guy came back to the phone he tells me if he removes the garage furnace he would also have to remove the main furnace and air conditioner. So I told him to go ahead and make the changes and also add my dishwasher. Once again I was put on hold when he comes back this time he tells me that when he makes the change it will no longer be billed with my electricity bill and would be billed separately cans have to be put on auto pay. The first months payment would be pulled that night even though I already paid this months bill and I would be paying less per month than I had been paying. So why should I pay this months bill twice.
