Great store, they really know there stuff

Casa La Parrot has changed dramatically, and I wish they wouldn't be judged in the shadow of the previous owners. I, too, was upset years ago at the customer service and conditions the birds were being kept in. It was only a few months ago that I decided to make a visit after years of avoiding the place, and the difference was profound. The place was remodeled, the birds were caged better, the merchandise and toys were expanded, and the new owners who greeted me were very friendly. Whenever I drop by now, the place is lively with customers and happy birds. It's great to have again a local business that caters to parrot owners.

MY family and I love Casa we have bought 3 great and loving parrots and soon will have our 4th baby.. the staff is fantastic and work hard to to keep the store clean and running smoothly but as a parrot owner it hard to keep up with them when you have so many and on top of all the other stuff you have to deal with people .. so let keep our rude comments to our selves unless you have ran a parrot shop..

Casa La Parrot has a new owner who is dedicated to healthy, happy birds and a clean store. The owner is honest, friendly, more than willing to help, and is now open 7 days a week. I have purchased birds as well as accessories, foods, and toys and have been more than happy with my purchases and the condition of the store. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants a HEALTHY BIRD.

Clean, this place was disgusting. The cages were filthy as was the floor. No toys in the cages-it was awful. I would never board my bird there and would be quite concerned about buying from this place. The birds didn't seem happy or social at all. It broke my heart.

This business is very poorly operated. They only care about selling you a bird. The one i bought had beak and feather disease and had to be put down 8 months after i bought him. Lost $2,700 in the process. This is a highly contagious disease. Beware!! NEVER once did they return my call!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love visiting Casa La Parrot, it is very nice. Staff is friendly & they have a wonderful selection of birds. But I'm sorry to say that sometimes there prices are outrages. I give them 3 out of 5 stars.

The staff are very friendly and love to talk about your birds. They offer advice and tips to help you get used to your new bird. They have a great selection of birds and pretty good price too.
