Alisha at CareLinc was so kind and helpful! I was purchasing (through insurance) my first rollator (roller walker) and kind of down about it but by the time I left I felt so much better! Alisha is both professional and friendly and I am so thankful to her for helping me! Thank you so much, Alisha and CareLinc!

I went to carelinc for c pap supplies and adjustment on my machine the person that I had an appointment with could not be found for a half hour and was mad at me. She couldn't figure out how to set my machine and sent me out knowing it wasn't right, and I got it from them. The next time I went in she didn't do what I was told they were going to do and I had to put up her grumpy attitude I will be finding somewhere else too get c pap supplies.

Paid for pick up and diagnose, one of the new batteries was bad so set them out a replacement then they tell me there is a short in the wire harness and I ask them to isolate the short, but they said they do not do that that they just replace the entire cable from front to rear. They wanted $270.00 for the cable and another $300.00 to install it. Found out that Golden Avenger sends them the cable for $199.00 but of course they have to mark it up. When unit was brought back to the Portage store it was not delivered as promised wreaking my entire plans on having other errands to run in Kalamazoo that day as I am from Indiana. So called and complained that it was supposed to be there and corporate set it down at the last minute. I get there and paid another $140.00 plus for having a tire put on. Had to ask for someone to check me out and finally paid. Funny thing is this place is supposed to help disabled people, they do due that with your cash! Not anything else! No help with the doors or loading this unit. I told the store manager Scott that I should have just hit the door at 7 mph and taken out the glass. Let's see we sell handicap scooters but we do not have power doors?? No help loading either. I find out later that a rear light is missing and housing is lose but then the rehab guy said he could not get the light tight??? So I paid over $200.00 for what. They tell me that the lens was missing and my brother said it was there and they did talk with the driver that picked up the unit and he stated that the lights were all there. So after complaining to management and a stiff warning from my brother that when someone tries to screw me I will take appropriate legal action. They called back and said they are sending out the light but that has been over 2 weeks and a no show. Just called to get a reason and had to leave a message. Like the other person below state about Saturday, they told me I could meet the driver to pick it up on Saturday and they are not open. This place is a joke! Time for action

I recommend NOT doing business with this company. There is a great deal of back stabbing and animosity among employees that is not controlled by management. Also there is a strong dislike for disabled people, employees and customers alike. This shows up in how disorganized their business practices are.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Today is 27 Aug 2014, today a five minute service call finally completed my service request. They picked up my w/c on 19 Jun 2014 to fix my joystick. It was a cluster mess from the beginning. I was told stories from the beginning till the end. I finally told "L" this past Monday that I have not believed a word he told me from the start. I tried to go up the chain of command on 28 Jul, to no avail. I then called my insurance company to report this company. The part they told me on 22 Aug was still back ordered and their supplier Pride would not return their calls, actually was shipped to them on 11 Aug. I could tell the whole tale here, but with their low percentage ratings already. Why? I am giving them a one star only because I have to put a star to register. Shame on you Carelink.

People are very knowledgeable and friendly. This web site, however, that lists their hours as open until 5pm on Saturday is incorrect. I made a trip out there on this incorrect information to find that I had wasted my time and gas. They close at noon on Saturday. Thanks for the incorrect info jerks.
