These guys are great. More than great, they are honest. My disabled uncle had a problem, and the VA needed two quotes, Rob at this company told me how to go about it, even gave me the name of a reputable competitor to get the quotes. Excellent and honest and I am so impressed.

I am very happy with the service I got from Matt he instaled a facet in the bathroom for us and fixed our toilet's constant running.I will definately call again if we have any plumbing problems!

This April, Grand Rapids experienced the most rain its had in 120 years! I called Roto-Rooter after my sump pump stopped working in the middle of the night. Dennis and Greg showed up to my house and replaced it for me in under an hour! They were kind, knowledgable, and did a great job. They even fixed some additional problems that I didn't catch. If you are in need of a plumber, I highly recommend Roto-Rooter of Grand Rapids. Great experience all around!

Roto-rooter meet and exceded my expectations of service. They were quick to respond, solve the issue and executed the work in a timely manner, quietly. My children were asleep in the next room and they had no idea anyone was even in the bathroom working. I will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

The plumber service technication that I called in Grand Rapids was able to come to my home within 5 hours of making the call. He was knowledgeable about my problem and was able to fix the problem in short order. After making the repair he cleaned the work area and replaced everything that had been moved. Ross did a GREAT JOB for me. Thanks Ross!

honest, hard working, reliable people

I was able to get a technician to my house the day after New Years & they even showed up ahead of the scheduled visit time! My technician (Edd) was very knowledgeable and not only did he resolve the issue with the kitchen sink, but also changed the under sink connections to eliminate the double traps that have existed since I purchased the house.

Greg was very knowledgable about the issue with our bathroom faucets. He fixed the problem promptly.

Couldn't have called a better service. The plumber from Roto-Rooter in Grand Rapids, MI was courteous, friendly and polite. He fixed my problem, and assured me that I could call them at any time if I needed additional assistance. I would highly recommend them.

Great guys and they know their job well! I'm used to "My Plumber" of San Diego, CA where they give you an estimate and that's the amount you pay! Not $800 for ever clearing a main line though!!!

I have Roto-Rooter come out to my home every 9-12 months for routine maintenance to clean out my drains/pipes. It was approaching the year mark and I noticed some water backing up in my basement. I knew it was time to give them a call. I live in an older home, built in the 40's, and have trouble with tree roots growing in the pipes. I called to make the appointment and the receptionist was very kind and able to accommodate me at my earliest convenience. Dennis was the plumber that came to my home. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and at one point, even showed me what he was seeing in the pipes via his camera that was down the pipe. I couldn't believe the amount of roots that had grown in 1 year! After Dennis was done cleaning out the pipes, he noticed sewer drainage was close to backing up in my basement. With that, he went out to the street, uncovered the manhole and found the manhole to be backed up with 8 feet of sewer drainage. Dennis immediately called the city and within 30 minutes the city came out and cleared all the pipes. Without Dennis being so thorough, not only would my basement be flooded with sewer drainage within days, but my entire city street would have been. Roto-Rooter saved me a TON of money and I will certainly recommend their services to anyone in need! I plan to have them back every year myself!

I had a roto rooter service come to my house back in 2007 for a backed up sewer line. Turns out it was caused by roots growing in the line. They used a water jet to clear the line which took a long time and a lot of money. I Called Rockford Roto Rooter this time and am glad I did. Gary quickly found the problem and performed the same amount of work as the last guy did but in half the time and for half the money. I am very impressed with that and would recommend them to anyone with a similiar issue. Rich B.

We had Roto-Rooters come out late on a Friday night. Ian who came out was very knowledgable and pleasant. He fixed the problem and was in an out in a very short time with little inconvenience. We would definately call Roto-Rooters again if we needed them!!

Roto Rooter came the morning I called them. It turned out to be a very complicated job because of extensive tree roots in our drain. They kept me informed each step of the way, were extremely polite and I would definitely call them for any future plumbing issues I would have. I was extremely pleased.
