Provided by YP.comSalespeople need to be more honest with their customers. I had never gone car shopping before and was ignorant when it came to the shopping procedures. When I said I wanted to check out other dealerships before I make any final decisions, I was ignored. I was brushed off and had all my information checked so that my credit was damaged and only told so after the fact. I was told "THE" bank, as in only one, was checked and that I shouldn't go look anywhere else because they'll check my credit with other banks and damage it further and cause me to get less of a deal. Little did I know, Best Buy Used Cars checked at least two banks and damaged my credit (along with my boyfriend's which is funny because we were told only my name and information was checked). My boyfriend and I only found this information out when Chase bank mailed us each a letter telling us that Best Buy Used Cars had contacted them. We also found out that the car was not worth $10,900 (the asking price) nor was it worth $8,000 (what we paid). Chase was only willing to go up to $7,000 for the car loan. I was told we were getting a great deal. I was told this is an amazing price, but after the letter from Chase and after issues with the car, I believe Best Buy Used Cars ripped me off. They gave me crappy wipers and I immediately had to do an oil change when I got the car, which I was willing to overlook. However, it is now telling me that I need to check the traction, and the starter key, one of the selling points, does not even work. The dashboard lights flicker on and off every now and then. I do not feel like I got my money's worth at all. My boyfriend and I do not trust anyone at Best Buy Used Cars after this experience and we will tell everyone that asks about this business our story. We won't add our opinions in or try to sway people, we will let our story speak for itself. I hope the sales team steps up their game with customers if they actually want people to return. They are very friendly, but need to work on their honesty. I don't respect anyone or any businesses that just see me as potential money.

Provided by YP.comall the positive reviews must be FAKE! They will always tell u that there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the car, but after a simple inspection from the original car dealer, they found that the car has some SERIOUS damage a nd its been in a serious accident, parts were replaced but not by original honda dealer , most likely to hide the damages from carfax ..... the carfax pulled was clear and had no accidents..this is BS ... the sales rep denies everything and refuses to fix the problem. RUN fast, DO NOT buy without inspection from a reputable shop...they clearly are LIARS. i would give NEGATIVE stars

Provided by YP.comRun in the opposite direction! Be very afraid! The people here deceive you, and try to run a game on you. They disappointed my 18 yr old son. They told him that they had a 2009 Equinox, and when he went to pick it up, they had sold it, even after he put a deposit on it to hold it. They tried to give him a 2007 Explorer that had a lot more miles on it. Then they didn't want to give him his deposit back. They lied and said they had already brought it to the bank, but when I made a fuss, they pulled the check out and gave it back. Shame on you Ben for lying to an 18 yr old, and thinking you are going to scam two adults.

Provided by YP.comWe went there to try to get a new vehicle and they were going to charge us a twenty-five percent interest rate and only give us five hundred dollars for our trade-in, which is a huge rip off since we could sell our car for at least $5,000. They also wanted to take our title to hold the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing. What do they think that we are that stupid? Beware if they try to do this to you! They are all about the money and ripping people off and not about getting the customers' the best deal as they say. Their cars are also way over priced because if you drive a block or two away, you can find a lot better deals. Do not even waste your time with this so called "dealership."

Provided by YP.comDon't go to Best Buy. I bought a car there and they ripped me off. My car broke a couple days after I got it and they wouldn't fix it. Don't go there unless you want to get screwed.
