All of our games are working 100% when they leave our facility. We offer a 30 day warranty after purchaase. Delivery is available for an additional fee. Our games can be viewed in our showroom by appointment.

Brian is a very friendly and helpful guy...I had him work on a few of my 25 arcade machines now (I have even purchased a few from him) and have never been disappointed, he has no problem making house calls and has even helped me trouble shoot on a few things.
I had purchased an original non functional Qbert arcade and he was more than willing to help me take care of it.....even though that game threw both him and I some curve balls Brian stuck with it until he had it beat into submission and running.

A very knowledgeable person on this stuff and if he doesn't know off the top of his head he has numerous resources for information to help you in every way possible.

Great job and thanks again, I'm sure you will be hearing from me again.

Ordered my first pinball machine through B&G. Communication and service was top notch throughout the process and assistance was provided from the first inquiry about the machine all the way til after it was delivered and setup in my home. I received accurate estimates for shipping cost and delivery times. The game was in even better shape than I was expecting and it was shopped out and cleaned very well. I was half expecting some elbow grease and troubleshooting in order to get this 24 year old Godzilla pinball machine up and running, but it was in beautiful shape and booted up / played perfectly as soon as I turned it on and got it level. I am very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend B&G Amusements!
