Let me tell you!! We've been everywhere today trying to get a van. my wife and I are just to old for car shopping. Amir at Auto Galaxy made it so simple and easy to get approved when everyone else told us otherwise!! I strongly recommend this place with out a doubt... Thank you Auto Galaxy

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was very pushy and the cars are a piece of junk. They tell you everything that you want to hear to get you to buy a car but after the purchase everything changes. I found out the owner is Emir and everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. Get everything in writing in detail if you decide to do business with these crooks. I was looking at the reviews and see that Emir the owner and his brother almir post fake reviews to boost their ratings. DON’T TRUST THIS DEALER.

HORRIBLE. I don’t even want to give them one star. I traveled 2 hours away to look at an Expedition. I should’ve trusted my gut and took into account the way the owner acted and should not have made the purchase. It should've also been a sign to us when there was barely any gas for the test drive. Looking back now, it's like they didn't want us to be able to drive it very far. It has been nothing but problems and has only cost more money to fix all of the problems. The bothersome part is, it is things that should’ve been caught in a safety inspection before the vehicle was able to be sold! I was told I’d be given a history report of the vehicle with our paperwork. I never received one. I called 3 or 4 times and was told someone would call me back. I never received a call back each time. I feel that they are hiding something about the history of the vehicle. There is basically no customer service. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They never replied to the complaint that was filed against them! Now what does that tell you about how they interact with customers? Save yourself money and headache and DO NOT deal with these people because you’ll basically be ignored if you have any problems or issues.

This place is a scam, on other sites there are good reviews written by Almir rasidovic and al ra this man works for them, it's fake. Make no mistake, this is no newer small business out to give you a fair deal, they own other lots and shuffle their junk around to make it seem legit, expect to find the same people and tactics at nearby lots, even the sign is obnoxious.

Save your time and money, I wish there was not places like this in Grand Rapids. The hurt and pain they bring to the people in the community is unforgiving. The owner Kurt and his employees are scam artists. Don't buy from them, if you do don't give them any money up front and make sure you take the vehicle to a mechanic first.

They do not take care of there costumers by saying they will fix thing and doing so by not writing them down on paper so theres no proof that u ask for them to be responsible for items when test driving even with a sales persons with u. Also saying they have ordered and nevet calling tell tell u a part is there bc it ws never ordered

We live 2 hours from GR; we were sERIOUS about buying a Cadillac Escalade. PEDRO wanted us to WRITE down his name--as if we'd forget--really pushy, but wth , we figured he wanted to be sure he'd get his commission. We got to Auto Galaxy and Pedro..who quickly asked for Driver's license and keys to our vehicle. O.K., yup, but the keys?? Paranoid Pedro maybe...Escalade had minimal gas, not enought to test on highway. Drove one mile to parking lot, checked electrical, paint touchups, brakes, sound system (we're quite good at this as we are Car Afficonados ) leather "scrubbing, use of armorall & tire polish, paint daubs on top of rust, missing trim pieces, seat belts, heated seats, etc. and concluded it was o.k. for age of vehicle and mileage. Time elapsed: 20 MINUTES. Back to dealership, Pedro's first words " Sit down, sit down. I was bothered that you took the car out for longer than other people". WHAT??? People make a decision about their lives being safe, spending THOUSANDS of dollars in less than 20 minutes?? We asked " why do you say that?" His answer " well, this IS Grand Rapids". We were so gobsmacked..it sure as hell didn't sound like he wanted to sell us a car by being on the offensive. WE had to ASK Paranoid Pedro for the keys to our vehicle; after which he said to sit down , sit down, he was just thinking what he could do to make us buy the vehicle. We replied" to start you could NOT tell us we kept the vehicle longer than others, that you can check the odometer and we drove a total of 2 miles, checked the basics of the vehicle and drove back here." He then asked when he could call, we told him no, there are other vehicles we could look at ( PLUS other dealers gladly willing to treat us nicely in exchange for Megabucks). He never said that he worded things improperly, never said I'm sorry, ... WE HOPE TO NEVER HEAR FROM PEDRO THE PARANOID !

Just another used car salesman on Division. They lie to you and scam you and claim to be a family owned business to make them look trustworthy. Well they are not! The customer service is horrible, very rude. They sell auctioned repo cars like all the other scamming little dealerships out there making money on hard working young people. Do yourself a favor and don't let these people rip you off, go to a dealership that is backed by a bigger name, like Dodge or Ford or whatever it is you are looking for. Find a well maintained clean car that was traded in as an upgrade for someone and not just a piece of junk these guys found in another state at an auction.

Go somewhere else! These people act friendly until you sign and pay, then the customer service is horrible, if you have any problems after the sale you can forget about getting anywhere with them. The manager, Kurt, is very arrogant and rude and does not return phone calls. For a small and newer dealership you would think the customer service would be a lot better and continue after the sale so people might come back. I would never go back here and would not recommend my worst enemy to go here. Hopefully this business will not be open for long!
