Scheduled a first visit with them, took work off to make it. Then called to check on exactly what I needed to bring and they said I wasn't scheduled. They said they could fix it by scheduling me later that day. I then show up and the girl tells me they need to reschedule me because he is a new patient. I said he was a new patient to them on the phone before I even headed there. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional.

After trying four different veterinarian facilities around town my wife and I decided on The Animal Hospital of Kentwood. We are a multi-cat and one dog family. Of course we love our pets and take their care and well being as seriously as we would our own. We have found the Doctors and the entire staff to be very helpful, friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. These folks really do live up to their mission statement.

We have a kitty that had to go in a few months back. He was on an IV and had to stay for over a week. Every day after work we would stop in and they would let us see him. It was just like you would visit someone in a hospital! It was a warm and loving experience. He recovered, got to come home and is doing fine. We have also adopted a baby kitten from their cat adoption program (she’s a sweetie!). We are glad to have found our “Veterinarian Family” and we would recommend The Animal Hospital of Kentwood to anyone seeking a Veterinarian to care for their beloved pets. C&D, Cutlerville Mi

HAD OUR DOGS IN BOARDING FOR TWO WEEKS DURING THE HOLIDAYS. WE CALLED 9 MONTHS PER BOARDING FOR BOARDING QUOTES. AFTER WE PICKED OUR DOGS UP, THEY OVER CHARGED US $100 MORE. OUR DOGS HAD BOTH LOST UP TO FIVE POUNDS EACH, AND WERE IN VERY POOR CONDITION WITH DIARRHEA. MANAGEMENT WAS NO HELP, AND DID NOT WANT TO REFUND OUR $100 IN OVERCHARGE. MANAGEMENT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY FAMILY!
