I called to get my Washer fixed by All Appliance Service and a man by name Dave called me with phone number (616) 233-2523 on October 21, 2015 as he eventually came to my home to repair the washer. Unfortunately, this man charged me $75 for just chopping off a small plastic tube blocked by the former tenants by using softener over the years and he did this in less than five minutes. More so, I was shocked he charged me so much for it and felt I was ripped off. So, I gave him $80 and expected to receive a $5 change in return but this man told me he needed to step out to his van to write me a check and I waited and waited for almost 15 minutes when I decided to step outside to see what the delay was all about when I saw Dave backing up his van and drove off. At that point, I got my phone to call him and ask about the cheque for my $5 change and all he said to me, was he did not have his check book in the van and will mail it to me. It's been about three wks and I still haven't received my $5 refund in the mail and neither has he called to apologize to me. At the same time even though it seems like a small amount, the fact is it's all about being honest and having integrity and not just about the money because I felt he took advantage of me and it's ethically wrong to take advantage of innocent people. Besides, the washer got fixed but I will not be calling this place again and will be contacting Apex appliances not to recommend them to nobody again. So, I wrote this review to let other people know about my experience and avoid being a victim...
