Airway Oxygen ALWAYS takes care of my needs. I have used another local provider (initals C.L.) prior to using Airway and I will never go back there. The customer service at Airway is EXCELLENT!

NORMALLY I DO NOT WRITE ON LINE REVIEWS, SOME OF WHAT YOU READ SEEMS TO BE SO HARSH THAT IT MAKES WONDER IF A COMPETITOR WROTE IT. I JUST WANTED TO SAY AIRWAY OXYGEN HAS DONE MY FAMILY A TREMMENDOUS SERVICE HELPING US IN MANY WAYS. THANK YOU.

As long as what you need is "normal" they get it to you rather quickly. Sometimes things showed up the next day, sometimes it took 2. However, they often don't get the order correct in qty, or they substitute without letting you know. We even had them delay shipment on a needed item because it "wasn't covered", but they never told us! We had to call them 3 days later to find out! Also if you need anything they don't have on their list it gets worse. After a week of thinking something was ordered and 3 follow up calls I found they had not ordered it at all! Then they wanted to charge me over $46 dollars for an item I eventually got for $18 from another online store, but it cost only $22 straight from the manufacturer. Insurance didn't cover it anyway, but they are clearly trying to rip people off hoping they don't check the prices on things they order. I am very disappointed, when we talked with our hospital they said this was the better company in our area!

We have been with this company for five years now. The people there are the most helpful, understanding, caring, friendly, people I have ever come across in the medical equipment field. We had another company before them for about six months, the best decision we ever made was to switch to Airway, never a regret at all. There is nothing I can say bad about this company, they are the greatest.
