I dropped my two grandsons shirts and two granddaughters dresses to get momogramed for our family trip to Cape Cod in two weeks. Dropped them off in FEBRUARY and its now MAY 29th! stopped by two weeks ago and it was never touched so I just Stopped by to pick the order up since I don't have the phone number and it was STILL in the same spot and never touched! Matt Coash is the OWNER and I met with him the SECOND time to go over the order AGAIN. HOW does this place stay in business? VERY DISAPOINTED! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. They waited until the day of to start our shirts and we got them ridiculously late. They have terrible communication and keep things to themselves. I used them last year and the same things occurred again this year. Do not use this company. They produce wonderful shirts but their service sucks and they don't own up to their faults.
