Your choice of washer and dryer is limited..go home with dryer took cardboard off and dryer is dented want me to wrap it back up drive back to store return and get another one..I live near Greenville and I would have to drive to Grand rapids again at these gas prices

this place is terrible! Bought a beer cooler with a missing part. They said to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they did not have the part and to return it. They refused. My wife and I left it in front of the store and put it into dispute on the credit card.

bought a 50in Samsung TV from your store on Gratiot in rosevile over 4 years ago along with that I paid 200 bucks for a 4 year warranty and when I was chosen this TV the sales man said if I don't use the warranty I would get 40% back in store credit so here I am walking back in this very same store 2 times now both times I ask the guy at the front of the store if he would look in to this for he then tells me there's nothing he can do and they have never said anything like that so I am like we'll I won't be back thanks so few months go by I head back up there my be he was wrong ask another guy and this time the sales man was rude and said no one can help and there's nothing anyone can do and some other things all I know is that I work for a living I own a house car and many other things for being lied to then not even a single person would go on a computer and look in to it or call some one higher up is unbelievable I am not wrong I don't forget deals I bought in to so for your staff talking to me as I am a or someone who can't afford what you sell blows my mind I paid about 13 hundred with warranty for that TV now and days you can grab one for 500

I was very unpleased with my service at ABC Warehouse on Alpine. I understand they are high pressure sales, but no need to be rude! I was doing some price checking, the sales guy was helping me and told me he could have it shipped to me on Saturday, but he had to talk to his manager. The manager comes back and asks my price range and then tells me that I should go with what I was looking at because there is nothing better and that no one could beat their price. When I asked if I could stop by later or call after I made my decision he was rude and started walking away from me. The original sales guy also disappeared - no thanks for coming in - no let us know if you are interested. RUDE! I am willing to pay $50 more on this product then go back and deal with them. There business must be really good if Customer Service is not #1!

I went into ABC to purchase a stainless stove after comparing prices all over. This was the last stop of the day for me. I was treated so terrible by a younger man at this location. I had looked up stoves with sears previously and found a stove at sears for $300 less online. This younger man was terrible to me!!! Told me it was a cheap stove and offered me an off-brand model for only $10 off as a comparison price. After being in the store for well over an hour, I was ready to walk out and leave. The store manager proceeded to come up to me who was incredibly rude as well. Kept playing with prices and talking me out of what I wanted for my house making comments here and there about budget. The price he ended up with was so incredibly high compared to other places I had checked out. I honestly do not know how this location gets any business at all. I was treated so terribly by 2 employees in just over an hour. They couldn't even come CLOSE to the competitors in the area. I was also told I was lying about another stove at sears that was self cleaning. They seriously "PRETENDED" to call another store and told me that the online price was not accurate. I called that same exact store after leaving ABC and sure enough the price and description was what I was told. I would not recommend this store at all. It is very obvious that these employees work on commission. Terrible service and customer care!!!

Don't EVER go to the ABC WAREHOUSE on alpine. They are lying, scamming, cheats who are just straight up RUDE! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone or buy anything from them EVER again!!! I only rated it because I had to rate it to be able to write a post. ABC WAREHOUSE doesn't deserve a rating at all!
