Apartment has mold and mildew and the owner refused to moved people to a different apartment. Has went through 5 managers within 10 years. The housing department do not recommend anyone to moved to these apartments and recommend that those who are living in these apartments should move out. If my words are not believable, please contact the Grand Prairie Housing Department or talk to a hand full of tenets who are living there now.
